Kathleen Obie

"Mama Goose"

Like many employees at Infinity Park, Kathleen first got involved with IPEC by working with stadium staff during rugby games. In October 2012, she was hired full-time as an Administrative Assistant for the Infinity Park Event Center team. Since then, she has been promoted to Director of Business Development and Sales. Kathleen enjoys that each event and client is different and works hard to make every experience special.

What makes you passionate about the events industry?

The people and the possibilities inspire me. The Denver events industry is a close-knit community of passionate professionals, which I find incredibly motivating. I also enjoy continuously learning and meeting new people.

What is your favorite thing about working at IPEC?

Our team works together to ensure every client has the best event possible. I admire my colleagues’ dedication to delivering quality experiences.

Why do your colleagues call you"Mama Goose"?

I’m known as “Mama Goose” because I have two kids and love making my colleagues laugh with stories about their antics
