They chose the venue because they’re a technically savvy company. Infinity Park has the 360 video wall, it was a match made in heaven. The way the audience can feel that emotion, that content, and it is surrounding you at all times, we wanted to audience to feel the magnitude of what the venue can bring to an event.

We love the screens, the AV team, and the Infinity Park team. It's always a pleasure! Jordan is always super responsive and professional; we love working with her!

Andrew was fantastic; he was welcoming, great about keeping us on track and helping us make any changes. Aaron is always so great to work with, he knows our event well and makes it easy for us to prepare and design the needs for the current year. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

Using all of the high-tech screens to create the best event is fun! Kathleen was helpful! At times before the booking it would have been helpful to be a bit more responsive, Andrew is awesome. He was laser-focused on ensuring that my event was a success and fun. I truly enjoyed working with Andrew! Travis was amazing! He had an awesome idea to enhance our event with dramatic AV support to support our rebranding. It was A HUGE hit. He was also extremely personable! Guest relations staff= top notch! My first interaction upon arriving was with Peggy Lopez. She is so sweet, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Thank you, Peggy! There was minimal wait time for guests with the bar service. Also, I think the staff even coordinated their nail polish to be the same color- how cool is that?!

It’s hard to believe that already a week has passed since our first RISE TOGETHER Women’s Conference… Thank you so much for your incredible professionalism and expertise which helped make this event a huge success! The feedback we’ve received from attendees is overwhelmingly positive with regards to the space and flow of the event, and we have you to thank for so much of it. We can’t wait for next year’s event and are already looking at dates :)
