Refer a client who books an International Ballroom event and receive a $300 Amazon gift card after the event is completed and fully paid.
How to Refer
Have your client mention your name when they first contact us via:
Note: Referrer must be identified at initial contact. Retroactive claims cannot be accepted.
Who Can Refer
- Event planners, vendors, and corporate/organizational planners.
- Cannot refer your own personal events.
- Employees or immediate family of Infinity Park Event Center or City of Glendale are ineligible.
- Max 3 successful referrals per year.
- Only the first verified referrer for a client is eligible.
Event Requirements
- Must be booked in the International Ballroom (other spaces ineligible).
- No minimum spend or guest count required.
- Must have a signed contract and be paid in full.
- Must take place as scheduled; cancellations are not eligible.
- Rescheduled events remain eligible.
- One reward per referred client, even if they book multiple events.
Reward Delivery
- Amazon gift card emailed within 30 days of completed, fully paid event.
- Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to event costs.
- Claims of non-receipt of gift cards must be submitted to events@infinityparkeventcenter.com within 60 days of the event date. Claims submitted after 60 days will not be honored.
Additional Terms
- Program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
- Infinity Park Event Center reserves the right to verify referrals and deny rewards if eligibility requirements aren’t met.
- Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations.
