Infinity Park was outstanding. The facility is excellent—clean, accessible, and truly unique. Our Sales Manager and Event Manager were exceptional: responsive, clear, and easy to work with from tour to day-of coordination. Guest Relations was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The AV team was good overall; we did run into a lavalier issue for our CEO and switched to a handheld, so having an AV tech in the room at start time would help next time. Overall, a fantastic 5-star experience.

Literally could not say enough positive things about our experience. 11/10! The room was perfect for what we needed, the tables were great, the in-space was comfortable, and directions were very easy. We've received nothing but rave reviews from both staff and attendees on the facility as a whole. Andrew was such a great event manager. He listened, acted, and created the perfect setting we needed and was incredibly helpful on site. We're so fortunate we were paired with such a great lead.

The facility itself is fantastic, the team is wonderful to work with, and the tech was superb with the ability to bring everything together for a beautiful event. The staff was quick and cooperative with all of our little changes leading up to the event.

Thank you for everything you did to make our event in January a huge success. We were absolutely pleased with the venue, the staff, and the level of service you all provided. Just excellent. This was HANDS DOWN our favorite venue in the country for our campaign and we'd love to come back. Our leadership, our board, our local partners and most of all our community, were all so impressed...it was truly perfect.

We decided to do a fight night event. To make a long story short, we exceeded all of our expectations. Our attendees were blown away by the ambiance. Thank heavens for the staff, because there’s no way I could make [it] happen. It was turnkey. Our president wanted to know everything that was going on. The one thing I didn’t let him see until that night was the surround video screen. This man is never speechless, and he was speechless.

Just a quick little note to say for helping us pull off a successful event on Saturday night. The client overachieved on his goals, both in terms of capacity and $$$! Infinity Park was the perfect choice for the Dining in the Dark Gala and helped to make those goals a reality…
