A Blank Canvas
If you have ever been to the Infinity Park Event Center’s website, or seen any of our (beautiful, if I do say so myself!) marketing materials, you have seen the phrase: “It is where technology can transform a blank canvas into anything imagined.”
But what the heck does that really mean for your event?
Well first off – our blank canvas is really this amazing set of surround screens in our ballroom. The screens are situated throughout the ballroom space so that there is literally not a bad seat in the house. All of your guests will be able to see whatever you choose to project onto these screens. Our production staff is here to help you regardless of whether you want a simple display of your company’s logo or event name, or if you want to really go all out and display custom graphics, videos, live camera feeds, presentation slides or even interactive applications like skype. The International ballroom also offers the best-of-the-best digital sound system – it is so top notch that Infinity Park Event Center is one of the few places in the United States that offers this technology.
In plain ole’ English what this really means is we can take your graphics and project a display of whatever visual components you can imagine and create to set the mood for your event. This could be everything from a display of necessary information, images and video feed or just share a slide show of rotating images.

For weddings, you could be sharing photos of the happy couple, with video feed from the guests offering their best wishes or shots of them enjoying the reception or even a feed from a photo booth. For non-profit fundraisers, your guests could learn more about your organizations mission and vision, as well as your success and challenges, or even highlight silent or live auction items for all to see! For corporate events and trainings, Power Point slides, videos, images, graphics and logos can convey your messaging to all.
