Andrew Rebennack has come a long way in the event industry.
Beginning in Tampa, Florida he attended the International Academy of Design. There he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising and Design.
With his degree in hand, Andrew headed to the Big Apple, where he joined Luster as an Operations Manager in 2014. He helped provide live event activation technologies all around the world and worked with clients like Facebook, Disney, AMC, and UFC.
If anyone has experience, it’s Andrew!
In 2015, he took a break from the office and started traveling around the country in a van! He and a few friends went city to city hosting fundraising events, and donating proceeds to the states LGBTQ+ local centers.
“COVID-19 collapsed the industry, and even with unemployment I was priced out of New York”, Rebennack mused.
During the shutdown, Andrew thought about moving and then considered Colorado. “Colorado was opening up, events were starting back up on a smaller scale and it seemed like I had endless opportunities”.
Andrew came to Colorado and started working at a wedding venue in the local area. Rebennack acknowledged, “you can only do so many weddings”.
He then realized the potential that Infinity Park Event Center had and was happy to receive an offer. Andrew joined the dream team knowing this was the place to develop his career, Infinity Park Event Center offered a lot of career versatility.
“With the multiple spaces Infinity Event Center has to offer, that allows different types of events to happen, that was interesting to me. Day-to-day change, and the variety of clients and the events they are hosting was intriguing”.
With his free time, Andrew enjoys trying out new restaurants and adventuring in the mountains with his partner. While he has been here, he mentioned he has joined a ceramics class and enjoys making mugs and art!
Now that Andrew has planted his roots in Colorado, we are excited to watch him grow and can’t wait to see him thrive at Infinity Event Center.
