Prom Night At Infinity Park At Glendale
The International Ballroom at Infinity Park Event Center is the ideal venue for hosting your high school prom. Today’s youth is a sophisticated crowd. The world you access on your computer screens and the experiences you share through social networking makes it a challenge to create an impressive event. Our state-of-the art audio system and panoramic visual projection will wow your guests with an exciting and memorable experience.
The package price for your prom in Infinity Park International Ballroom is $7,500 and includes:
- Surround projection screens
- In-room audio with satellite music
- 5' round tables
- Banquet chairs
- Power and data line access throughout floor and walls
- Accordion wall to split ballroom
- Preset house lighting
- Green room off the ballroom
- Basic audio visual package (see A/V package for inclusions)
- Dance Floor
- 12x16 Stage, podium, and microphone
- Pre-function space in the Grand Foyer
- Housekeeping services
- Complimentary parking
- 50 Complimentary Tickets to the Glendale Raptors Rugby Games

- All events concluding by 12:00 AM
- Set-up between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM day of event - earlier set-up may result in additional fees

Rental Policies
- Infinity Park has an approved list of full-service off-premise caterers that can accommodate your needs
- A certificate of insurance is required naming the City of Glendale as additionally insured.
- Infinity Park reserves the right to take photographs of events for its own record and for future promotional uses.
- Space rental is based on five hour event, two hour set up and one hour for strike. Additional time will be $150 per set up and $350 per event.
- Space rental is based on a four hour event, with two hours of set-up and strike. Additional time is available at an hourly rate.
- Rentals and speciality items can be provided by one of our preferred suppliers.
