Welcome to Infinity Park Event Center! For your spectacular event, you and your selected Caterer can create a bar menu that will surely fit any occasion.
Policies
- The maximum length of bar service is six (6) hours.
- Food must accompany any alcohol service.
- Colorado State Law prohibits the sale to and consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21.
- Valid State identification cards can be requested by your Bartender for any person at any time.
- Your Bartender reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated.
- No alcohol may be removed from premises.
- Last call will be given thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of your event.
- The Event Management Team can suspend liquor service at any time for any reason.
- Donated product must be approved by Event Management Team
- A handling fee will apply to any donated product. Donations may only be made to a registered 501 (c )(3) non-profit organization.
- Each bar requires a $100.00 set-up fee for your event.
- We have a "no shot" policy.
Hosted Bar
The host pays for all beverages consumed. Charges will be based on consumption. A deposit will be required in advance. Sales tax and an 18% service charge will be added to the final liquor invoice.
Cash Bar
Individual guests pay cash for all beverages consumed. All sales taxes are included in the cost of the drink. Sales must exceed $500.00 per bar, or the difference will be applied to your final invoice.

Donated Alcoholic Beverage Policies
Scrum Enterprises Inc. is the sole holder of the liquor license for Infinity Park Event Center. We retain the exclusive right
and responsibility to provide all beverages in the Facility. The provision of such product must strictly adhere to state liquor
laws and the policies of Infinity Park Event Center.
- Donations may only be made to a registered nonprofit organization by a licensed wholesaler.
- Written notice must be submitted to Scrum Enterprises Inc by selected Caterer for all alcoholic beverages that will be
donated for an event or for sampling at least ten (10) days prior to the event. - Written certification of nonprofit status (501(c)(3)) or federal tax identification number must accompany the advance notice.
- The distributor/donor must include the selections, number of cases, and delivery arrangements.
- All liquor must be delivered and removed from the premises by a licensed Colorado wholesaler.
- Removal of donated product must occur within three (3) business days after event. Donated product not removed within this time will become the property of Scrum Enterprises Inc.
- Donated alcoholic beverages must be accompanied by an original zero invoice from the manufacturer or licensed wholesaler only, or product will not be accepted.
- No donations may be made through liquor stores or third party donors.
- Donated products must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event. No products after this time will be accepted.
- All deliveries of donated product will assess a minimum $500.00 handling fee for the first licensed distributor and a minimum $100.00 per licensed distributor thereafter. Based on volume and determined by Scrum Enterprises Inc.
- A fee of $3.00 per guest, based on your final catering count, will be applied to donated spirits. This price will include disposable cups (if applicable), ice, mixers including juices, sodas and garnishes.
- In compliance with local and state laws, donated alcoholic products for auction may not be opened or consumed at any time on Infinity Park premises.
Event Rental Partners
Infinity Park has partnered with Event Rents for all indoor events and the Wright Group for all of your outdoor rental needs. These rentals can be arranged by the client, catering company, or Infinity Park directly.
