Four Mile and Cherry Creek Rooms

Located on the second floor of the Event Center, Infinity Park offers two conference rooms and one executive boardroom. The earth tones in the Grand Foyer and International Ballroom continue into these rooms. The conference rooms are equipped with portable conference style tables and offer the following equipment: dry erase board, wall mounted 65” flat panel televisions with plug and play capabilities, projection screen, in-room audio and background house sound. The portable conference tables and chairs allow for flexible room layout accommodating your needs. Should you choose, there is a movable partition separating these rooms.

Facility Rental Rates Are Based On

• Eight hour block, including two hours for setup, four event hours and two hours for strike.
• Rates are pro-rated if the ballroom is contracted for your event.
• Holiday and prime dates, requires 100% non-refundable deposit at the signing of the contract.
• 15% discount for all qualifying non-profit organizations (*501 (c)(3) status required).
• Prices not applicable for public events.
• Additional setup or event hours may be purchased at an hourly rate of $125/hour.
• Select A/V services are additional.
• Food and beverage minimums may apply.
