Remove the all equipment provided in the room is for your use at no additional charge. Continuing on, Should you require additional audio visual equipment or an A/V manager on site, additional fees will be assessed.

Facility Rental Rates Are Based On
- Eight hour event, including two hours for setup, four event hours and two hours for strike.
- Rates are pro-rated if the ballroom is contracted for your event.
- H oliday and prime dates, requires 100% non-refundable deposit at the signing of the contract.
- 15% discount for all qualifying non-profit rates.
- Prices not applicable for public events.
- Additional setup or event hours may be purchased at an hourly rate of $125/hour.
- Select A / V services are additional.
- Food and beverage minimums may apply.
