International Ballroom

This spectacular ballroom can accommodate your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in once space. The walls are embellished with a brushed gold wainscoting that give a luxurious feel to this space. Tall ceilings with state-of-the-art lighting and projection systems provide the backdrop for a unique atmosphere that can be customized for your special day.

Guinness Try Club

Ideal for a smaller winter ceremony or the rehearsal dinner, the Try Club has a warm and inviting feel. This smaller space is quaint and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Dark cherry wood gives a cozy and traditional feel to the bar and furniture in this more intimate setting.

Loews Hotels Plaza

Overlooking mid field, the Loews Hotels Plaza, is ideal for a ceremony prior to a reception in the International Ballroom. When using this outdoor plaza, you have the option of using the scoreboard to display a congratulatory message, a video presentation or simple photo.

Frontier Airlines Plaza

The Frontier Airlines Plaza at Infinity Park is a beautiful new outdoor terrace overlooking the Stadium, perfect for an outdoor ceremony or reception! The natural grass area is surrounded by wide sidewalks and is easily accessible just inside the entrance to the Park. It is also connected to our Terrace by AlphaGraphics that can be used for additional space for your event. The Frontier Airlines Plaza is equipped with power, lighting and wireless Internet access.

Production Services

The International Ballroom is a unique venue with in-house production capabilities including customized graphics, video, lighting, audio and full event production without the need for an outside production company. By utilizing the 360 degree projection screens, clients can save money on expensive decor costs. Each event in the Ballroom can be uniquely customized by our Emmy Award winning production team, with over 30 years of collective experience in some of the largest venues in the country.

The twelve DL2 camera fixtures used for lighting, video and graphics on the 360 degree screens create a larger than life custom logos, personal video and pictures, live TV or even to play Wii games. The state of the art LED lighting used to illuminate each event with multiple color options is unique to Infinity Park. With audio capabilities for any group size, multi-camera broadcast capabilities and surround screen production, there is never a bad seat at Infinity Park!

Catering Services

At Infinity Park you have the option of working with any of our approved caterers in designing your menu or you are welcome to use any outside food service. However, if you choose to use an outside food service provider that is not on our approved catering list, Infinity Park Event Staff will assess staffing and kitchen management fees. Contact information for all of our caterers is listed below for your convenience. Please feel free to contact them directly for more information and menu options.

*Infinity Park permits wedding cakes to be brought in by caterers that are not on our preferred list. Additional fees may apply through your selected caterer for cake cutting service.

Rental Policies

• Infinity Park has an approved list of full-service off-premise caterers that can accommodate your needs
• A certificate of insurance is required naming the City of Glendale as additionally insured.
• Infinity Park reserves the right to take photographs of events for its own record and for future promotional uses.
• Space rental is based on five hour event, two hour set up and one hour for strike. Additional time will be $150 per set up and $350 per event.
• Space rental is based on a four hour event, with two hours of set-up and strike. Additional time is available at an hourly rate.
• Rentals and speciality items can be provided by one of our preferred suppliers.
